Taking place Monday, November 12th, SPACE’s annual gala brings the magic of Ryder Farm to Manhattan. Hosted by actor Michael Chernus (Orange is the New Black, Spiderman: Homecoming, Captain Phillips), SPACE's Farm in the City Gala will celebrate eight seasons of creativity and community at Ryder Farm. The evening will feature a seasonal farm-to-table dinner, bespoke cocktails, performances from SPACE alumni and friends, and a live auction. The event will welcome 260 guests, including host committee members Josh Radnor (How I Met Your Mother), Abigail Spencer (Mad Men) and Tommy Kail (Hamilton), as well as members of the performing arts and entertainment industry, high net-worth individuals, and corporate leaders.

Sponsorship support benefits SPACE’s annual residency programs, which provide nearly 150 artists and innovators each year with vital time and space to focus on their most important work. As of 2017, all individual and small group residencies at SPACE are provided at no cost to residents, to ensure no one is prevented from taking advantage of SPACE’s residency opportunities due to their financial capacity.
