SPACE on Ryder Farm 2018 Farm in the City Gala

Held annually in the fall, SPACE’s Farm in the City Gala brings the magic of Ryder Farm to Manhattan, featuring a seasonal farm-to-table dinner, bespoke cocktails, and one-of-a-kind performances from SPACE alumni and friends. Proceeds benefit SPACE’s residency programs, which support nearly 150 artists and innovators each year with fully-subsidized individual and small group residencies. SPACE’s programs include the Family Residency for artist parents and their children, The Working Farm for eight playwrights and composer/lyricists, the Creative Solutions Symposium for activists and organizers working in the social justice sphere,  a Film Lab for up and coming filmmakers and the Greenhouse Residency for early career playwrights.
