Employee Handbook Acknowledgement

SPACE Credit Card Usage Acknowledgement

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and now agree to the rules, regulations, and policies described in the SPACE on Ryder Farm Credit Card Usage Policy.

Sexual Harassment Policy Acknowledgement

I have read a copy of the SPACE on Ryder Farm Sexual Harassment Policy, and I understand its contents. I understand that, if I feel that I have been harassed, or if I see what I believe is harassment, I will immediately report the alleged harassment to the Chief Operating Officer. If I am unhappy with the way SPACE handled my report, I understand that I should contact the Executive Director. I also understand that, if SPACE on Ryder Farm verifies a complaint that I have harassed anyone in violation of the Policy, I will be subject to disciplinary action, up through and including termination.
