about THE EVENT

Join SPACE for our first annual gala as we bring the spirit of Ryder Farm to the Big Apple for this Farm in the City celebration. Featuring a cocktail hour, farm-to-table dinner, performances from six seasons of SPACE-developed work, and an auction. 

FEATURING HOST JOSH RADNOR

Our host for the evening is Josh Radnor. Josh has written, directed and starred in two feature films, LIBERAL ARTS and HAPPYTHANKYOUMOREPLEASE, both of which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, the latter winning the 2010 Audience Award for Favorite U.S. Drama. 
He starred on CBS's Emmy-nominated comedy HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER for nine-seasons and recently finished filming the second season of the PBS Civil War hospital drama, MERCY STREET, which returns in January of 2017.
He was last seen on Broadway in DISGRACED, the Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Ayad Akhtar which received a 2015 Tony nomination for Best Play. This fall he will be starring in the world premiere of Richard Greenberg’s THE BABYLON LINE at Lincoln Center.
Radnor first starred on Broadway as the title character in THE GRADUATE opposite Kathleen Turner and Alicia Silverstone.  Off-Broadway and regionally, he has appeared at the Manhattan Theater Club, The Vineyard Theater, and Baltimore Center Stage, among others.
